Reheating Instructions
GENERAL REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Your food has been fully cooked and simply needs to be reheated.
Most foods can be reheated in the oven at 350°.
Time will depend on the density of the food.
- Light foods such as spinach puffs, stuffed mushrooms, or chicken rumaki will only take about 15-25 minutes.
- Medium foods, like chicken entrees, stuffed peppers, filet tips, roasted potatoes, or frittatas, generally only need 30-45 minutes.
- Heavier, denser foods like lasagna and other pasta dishes, mashed potatoes, or bread puddings can take 45 minutes to upwards of an hour.
These times will vary. When in doubt, check the temperature of the center of the pan with a thermometer. State guidelines for the reheating temperature of prepared foods are 165° F. If possible, stir items halfway through to expedite heating time.
For sauces that are intended to be hot, such as Peppercorn Gravy for the Panko Chicken, heat the sauce in a pan on top of the stove and pour over the heated chicken when ready to serve.
